Just wrap the content with an HTML tag and use any HTML styling within the content. E.g.

Hi Arial
hi other

Reguel WermelingerTue, 01 Dec 2015 14:08:29 -0500https://answers.axonivy.com/questions/1571/is-it-possible-to-change-the-font-of-emails-send-with-an-mailstep/1572
